Cancellations
At MBspaS, we have reserved your appointment especially for you whether you are regular or new client first call first serve. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. If you find that you must cancel, please do so at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you have scheduled a Group or Parties, appropriate cancellation time will be given at the time of your booking. VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express account numbers will be taken for all appointments. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, your account will be charged in full.
